Purchaser acknowledges all risks incidental to any event which this ticket is issued whether occurring before, during or after the event, and hereby agrees to assume same.
Management reserves the right to refuse admission by refunding the price hereon and/or to expel from the premises any person whose presence or conduct is deemed objectionable. Expulsion cancels this ticket and the holder thereupon forfeits all claims, including any claim to a refund of the ticket price.  Tickets deemed lost or stolen will not be honoured. Admission is subject to compliance with applicable law, by-laws, regulations and facility rules. Failure to comply with the rules may result in non-admission or expulsion in conformance with the rules.
Alcohol, illegal drugs, clothing not being worn and bags or containers of any kind, may be excluded from the premises. Holder consents to a reasonable examination of his/her person and effects to ensure compliance.
Latecomers will not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance.
Without the express written consent of the producers, no ticket sold shall be resold, given away or disposed of by the purchaser in connection with any promotion by the purchaser of any products services whatsoever or for any commercial purpose.
Due to the nature of live performance, City Playhouse does not warrant that the ticket holder will be satisfied with the performance or that it will be free of technical difficulties.

The connection to tickets.cityplayhouse.ca is encrypted and authenticated using TLS 1.2, ECDHE_RSA with P-256, and AES_128_GCM.
Card Holder Data (CHD) is transmitted to 3rd party payment service providers. CHD is captured in Red61’s client-facing application, which is then one-way hashed, therefore CHD is not stored in Red61 systems.
